Ammending you booking

• You can cancel or ammend your booking using the link sent to you by our booking system.
• Please contact us if you are running late and we will advise if we have availability to accommodate this.

House Rules

• We operate a 15 minute grace period on all bookings, after such the booking will be cancelled.
• We kindly request that all tables are returned with 1.5 hours of original reservation time.
• Please be aware that we are unable to allow dogs into the premises.
• Please be advised that we are not able to split bills, the balance must be settled in one transaction.

Live Music

• If your booking is for a Thursday evening and you wish to stay at your table for our live music night, your table must be booked from 7.45pm onwards and please let us know you hope to stay.
• Thursday evenings get very busy for us and although we try to get people seated in our main restaurant close to the band, please note this isn’t always possible as explained in our booking terms and conditions. We have 3 different seating areas in our establisment.
• If you do wish to be seated in our main restaurant area please add this to your booking comments and we will do our best!

Restaurant Seating

• Our restaurant has a mix of chair and bench style shared seating spread across three different levels, please make us aware if you need a table with chairs rather than benches.
• We have some seating in an upstairs area with only stairs for access. Please let us know if you require your table to be in our main restaurant.
• Please note although we accept requests for certain tables or areas of our restaurant, we may not be able to accommodate these.

Food Allergies and Intolerances

You must tell us if you are allergic to any food items. We cannot guarantee that any items are completely allergen-free due to being produced in a kitchen that contains ingredients with allergens. Please ensure you make your server aware of any food allergies and intolerances when placing your food order.
