Restaurant Group Bookings

 

We are able to accommodate a limited number of group bookings in our restaurant. To make an enquiry, please fill out the contact form below.

Please note your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us by email. If your desired booking is less that 24 hours away please give us a call on 01397 701227 as we are unable to routinely check enquiries during service hours.

Things you should know before enquiring about a group booking;

-We usually can only accept larger bookings at the beginning or end of our evening service (5pm or 8.30pm) Please let us know your preferred time and we will advise what we have available. To note, accommodation bookings for the restaurant will be prioritised so during busy months we may not be able to accept bookings from groups who are not staying with us.

– Groups of 12 or more will be provided with our group menu – these are linked below
– For groups of 12 or more, we may request a pre-order
– Please be advised that we are unable to split bills and the balance must be settled in one transaction
– We require tables to be returned 2 hours after your reservation time

Terms and Conditions
Food Allergies and Intolerances- You must tell us if you are allergic to any food items. We cannot guarantee that any items are completely allergen-free due to being produced in a kitchen that contains ingredients with allergens. Please ensure you make your server aware of any food allergies and intolerances when placing your food order. Please also contact us if you are running late as we hold your table for 15 minutes past the specified reservation time. We kindly request that all tables are returned with 2 hours of original reservation time. Please be advised that we are not able to split bills, the balance must be settled in one transaction. Please note we cannot reserve particular tables and areas of the restaurant. Our restaurant has a mix of chair and bench style seating, please make us aware if you need a table with chairs rather than benches. Group bookings are often seated in our upstairs area, you must let us know in advance if you require accessible seating
